Project Highlight: Amazon
Nelson J. Greer Painting (NJG) has had several opportunities to subcontract on large commercial projects over the years. Most recently, we completed our fourth Amazon job near the Tucson Airport at Alvernon Way and Corona Road. The project consisted of a 270,000 square foot warehouse, and was our second collaboration on an Amazon project with Catamount Constructors. The NJG team was able to help the project meet its deadline by completing the painting of the interior and exterior on schedule. We look forward to collaborating on more Amazon projects in the future.

Project Highlight: Old Tucson Studios
In April of 1995, a fire devastated the historic site of Old Tucson Studios. Nelson J Greer Painting had the honor of being a part of the 20-month renovation which allowed for the theme park to be reopened to the public on January of 1997. Fast-forward to October of 2021, nearly a year after Pima County took over responsibility of the park, Nelson J Greer painting, once again, had the pleasure of working with both Pima County and Lloyd Construction on a fast-track renovation project. We pride ourselves in being a part of another staple project in the Tucson Community.
Project Highlight: Alta Boulders
Alta boulders is a rock-climbing lifestyle gym located in Chandler, Az. This interior tenant improvement was contracted out by Horizons Commercial Contracting, a company Nelson J Greer Painting has worked with for over a decade. Our painters spent this month-long project spraying Dry Fall 20 ft high onto the exposed ceiling to painting accent walls and stripes to give it a fun and welcoming aesthetic. With the main focus being the openness of the rock climbing walls, this 20,000 sq. ft. facility also has a yoga room, spin room and lockers for its members. It is always a bonus when we get to be a part of projects like this that bring health and wellness to the communities!
